Between November 19–22, 2025, a multi-agency campaign led by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) resulted in 115 arrests and citations related to sex-trafficking, pimping, and commercial sex — an 11.6% increase from roughly the same operation in 2024.

The operation targeted traffickers, sex buyers, and those seeking or offering commercial sex. Undercover female detectives posing as potential clients led to 18 arrests/citations.

In a separate sting, detectives pretending to be people seeking commercial sex were approached by traffickers, resulting in 14 arrests on pandering charges — more than double the previous year’s number for the same period.

Officers also made contact with 78 individuals involved in commercial sex, and advocates from Rise/Signs of Hope were on hand to offer support services and a chance for potential victims to come forward.

At least one out-of-state individual identified as a potential victim was provided emergency housing, essential services, and transport back to her home community
